As a Customer Service Rep your main goal is let customers know we care. . . and we care a lot. Your customers will love you, your team can’t win without you, and everything starts with you.

Do you have to answer that ringing phone? And thrive when carrying on multiple conversations in multiple apps?

When you win:

• You get a base wage of $14-22 per hour
• Up to another $1000 in performance-based bonuses based on things that you control
• If that’s not enough you get to do it all from the comfort of your own home
